As both architects and construction supervisors, we can offer a complete turnkey service by extending our 5-Phase Process for Architectural Design Services to include Construction Management Services on select projects. This continuity of service and responsibility from beginning to end is proven to be successful in reducing the overall construction timeline, reducing the total cost of the project, and increasing client satisfaction.
Our ability to manage time and resources while ensuring quality control, contribute to our success and track record of delivering projects on budget and on schedule. During the construction phase, we constantly monitor the project through an on-site construction supervisor and an in-office project manager. This enables us to readily remedy any unforeseen design issues and ensures that the structure will be constructed with respect to the design as intended. Work-In-Progress Private Portal
Clients can login to our Work-In-Progress Portal to keep up-to-date on the progress of each of their projects. We visually communicate with them by posting photos and videos along with commentary. Many of our clients find this tool truly beneficial, especially when they are away from the area and are unable to visit the site and view the various stages of construction in person.
